FAQs - frequently asked questions

1) How long do I have to wait for an appointment? 

Within one week you get an appointment at our place.
Please call us Monday to Friday between 10:00 am – 7:00 pm. Phone: 01/ 36 70 700

2) How do I get to your clinic?

By public transportation: Across the street is the stop „Guneschgasse“ of the tram 37. Furthermore, five minutes away,  there is the stop „Spittelau“ of the metros U4, U6, tram D, buses 35A, 37A, train S40.

By car: There are parking spaces right in front of the clinic and in the side streets. Please watch out for the short-term parking zone on the same side as the clinic. Please ask our team for parking tickets.The opposite side and the side streets are free of charge.

3) How does a treatment look like?

On your first appointment you get a pain-questionary. Afterwards our staff interviews you for the primary case history about your pain, symptoms and former treatments. On that individual basis we form a therapy for you. This contains a consultation and osteopathic treatment with Mr. OA Dr. Selim.  Furthermore it may contain physiotherapy, healing massages, lymphatic drainage, acupuncture and infusions if you suffer  very painfully. After the entire treatment our staff arranges a new appointment with you, if needed and create the fee note. Your first treatment may take up to 2,5 hours.

4) Acute pain- what to do?

If you suffer from acute pain, please contact us (01/36 70 700). We try to give you an appointment on the very same day!

5) How many treatments are necessary?

Dependent on you symptoms and the success of the treatment we design an individual therapy for you.

According to experience:

  • Patients with acute pain: 1-3 treatments
  • Patients with persistent acute pain: 1-5 treatments
  • Newborn, premature babies, Babies and toddlers, children need 1-5 treatments
  • Dependent on patient and suffering the gaps between the treatments vary

6) How can I pay?

After the treatment our staff creates the fee note. You can pay cash, by cash or creditcard.

7) Do I get a refund from the health insurance company?

At our place you get a fee note which you send your health insurance company. The amount of your refund depends on your health insurance company. Additional insurance companies assume more oft the costs. Please ask your health insurance company for further information!
